Lindt has a wonderful and distinctive asset in their group of Master Chocolatiers, but these experts have never played more than a supporting role in advertising. To make more of the masters, we elevated their authenticity and profile by showcasing the passion, craftmanship and skill of Australia’s very own Lindt Master Chocolatier, Thomas Schnetzler. In turn, we reinforced Lindt’s position as experts and creators of the world’s finest chocolate.

The campaign has seen significant increases in brand awareness, consideration and preference, in local markets and abroad, where it runs in multiple languages. And we’ve since extended the campaign to include long-form content and bespoke cinema tasting activations, with over 42,000 samples distributed to audiences who enjoy tasting notes and guidance from Thomas himself, on the big screen.
